I am really excited that my Garmin Forerunner 305 came in the mail today. I did a lot of research and decided to purchase this training watch. I ordered it last Thursday from Amazon.com and Just received it today. I would have received it yesterday, but no body was home at my house to sign for it. I changed the address so that it would be sent to my office and just got it now. I didn’t even spend the extra money to have it sent faster, because I figured it would still come pretty fast.
I just opened it and placed it on the charger. I can not wait to try it out. I think this is really going to help me train and help me keep track of my sessions. I was out running last night and the trail had mile markers, but it would have been nice to have a more accurate measurement of my run.
I am looking forward to using this watch.

I have been with Total Choice Hosting for over 3 years, but it is time to find another Hosting company. Let start out by saying that I am very happy with Total Choice Hosting. I just want to diversify my websites and build a relationship with another hosting company. I have done a lot of research and have heard really good things about hostgator. I also have been reading about Hostgators green website hosting.

What does it mean to be a Green Website Hosting company?
Well HostGator hosts millions of sites and I could only imagine how many servers they must have.
Hosting all these sites means a lot of carbon emissions.
They took steps to minimize their environmental impact on the environment.
Hostgator switched to 36% more efficient servers and all servers are now powered by the wind.
HostGator has also purchased certified Renewable Energy Credits representing 130% of the electricity used to both power and cool every servers they own.
Hostgator posted the following stats on their website that this is equivalent of:
1. Removing 444 cars from the road for a year, or
2. Powering 321 homes with clean energy for a year, or
3. Saving 5,654 barrels of oil, or
4. Protecting 551 acres of forest for a year

I am online everyday and always researching. I often return to the same website daily to find out updates and any new information that they might have posted. I probably waste tons of time visiting sites that only update once every couple of weeks so by going every day can get time consuming and is extremely ineficent. I started researching different products that would manage this for me and came across Copernic Tracker. I downloaded the free trial and set up 4 url to monitor. Hopefully this will work and notify me once new information has been post to the sites.
What services do you use to monitor websites and how do you like it?
